根据骑士随队记者Tom Withers报导指出，骑士将在Love退休后，计画退休他的球衣并已将此事通知他。Love在骑士总共效力了8个半赛季，随队拿下了2016年的NBA总冠军。
Kevin Love生涯共为骑士出赛489场比赛，场均可攻下15.7分、9.2篮板、2.2助攻。
